The Messiah Chorale is our mixed choir. Membership in this group is open to anyone interested in friendship, fun, and great music making. The choir sings music of all types from Bach to spirituals, in addition to the great hymns of the church. The primary service for which the Messiah Chorale provides leadership is the 8:15 am services, though they do sing occasionally at the 9:30 and 10:45 services. They also sing on important church days and for special occasions. Rehearsals for the choir take place in the Gathering Space on Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00pm. Join us to make a joyful noise to the Lord. For more information contact Penny Cramer.

The Handbell Choir, Messiah Ringers, meets on Monday evenings, from 7-8:30 pm in the Music Room. No prior experience is needed! The bell choir is a fun way to ring out praises to God! We play once a month in Worship as well as special services such as Easter. Come join us for fun and fellowship! If you are interested in joining the handbell choir, please contact Katie Walda.
Alleluia Express Children’s Choir:
For children from Kindergarten to sixth grade, the Alleluia Express is a wonderful way to learn about Jesus through song. Rehearsals are in the Music Room at 9:00 am on the first and third Sundays of each month (right before Sunday School!). Come join the fun! Directed by Elisa Holman and accompanied by Tia Monsen. If you have questions, please contact Tia Monsen.
Messiah has a long-standing tradition of fantastic instrumental music. We welcome all forms of special music at both services. Contact Tia Monsen if you would like to share your instrumental musical gifts in any way. There are also many opportunities for instrumentalists to enhance our services and special events with accompaniments, descants, etc. Our festival services in particular (such as Christmas and Easter) benefit greatly from these additions.
The Tech Group helps provide slides for worship and also runs the sound boards for all services. If you would like to become a Techie, please contact Scott Gillette at the church office.
