Our 7th, 8th, or 9th graders are settled back into the routine of school, and it is time to begin the AOB process for 2021 – 2022. Pr. Chuck recently sent an email to all AOB parents about an initial meeting to begin the year. A summary follows:
AOB students and parents are invited to an initial gathering and conversation about AOB on Sunday, October 10 beginning at approximately 10:45am-11:00am following worship. This gathering will be in Galli Hall and will include some conversation, a learning activity, and fellowship. Feel free to come to worship prior at 9:30am! Enter through the doors on the southwest corner of the Gathering Space.
We are working on having some pizza delivered that we can eat under popup tents outside. Note: this invitation is for both students and a significant adult or two in the life of the student. The Seahawks do not play on this Sunday.
After our initial meeting on October 10, our hope is to have the students (and any adults interested) meet once a month in-person for a time of structured learning and once a month in-person for either fellowship or service.
