What does the Lord require of you, but to do justice and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Our Community

  • Faith Foundations

Faith Foundations is for youth in grades K-6.  We meet to start gathering the building blocks of our faith by learning faith stories, doing activities, and connecting with trusted adult leaders.

  • Faith in Action

Faith in Action is for students in 7th grade and older.  As youth prepare to affirm their baptismal promises, they begin to take responsibility for their own faith through a series of classes, electives, and service and worship opportunities.

  • High School Youth Group

High School Youth Group is for students in 9-12 grades.  We meet on a monthly basis for lock-ins, retreats, gatherings, and more!  We get together to learn more about God and the Bible, explore our faith, and have a great time.

  • Adult Faith Formation

Adults also get to be part of Faith Formation!  Some of our classes are all ages, which means adults are invited.  At other times of the year, adults will meet for their own classes on the Bible, theology, or other topics.

  • Music

Messiah’s musical community enhances worship through our praise team, family choir, handbell choir, and special music offerings. We invite people of all ages and abilities to participate in making a joyful noise unto the Lord!

  • Quilting Group

Messiah Quilters constructs quilts, care packages, and school kits for global distribution to communities in need. We partner with Lutheran World Relief on sustainable development projects and disaster relief and recovery.

  • Food Bank

The Messiah Food Bank distributes non-perishable food items and household essentials to families and individuals in the Auburn area. We are open on Wednesdays from 9 to 10am.

  • Community Meals

Community Meals are served twice a week to offer nourishment, hospitality, and fellowship to all members of the Auburn community. Meals are offered on Sundays at 2pm and Thursdays at 5pm.
