We will go back to our regular worship schedule September 13th, RALLY DAY, with 8:15 traditional worship in the sanctuary, 9:30 worship in the sanctuary, and 10:45 contemporary worship in Galli Hall. Everyone is welcome to join us at 9:30 in the Sanctuary to sing and rejoice as a new Sunday School year begins. We will hear about the Sunday School, Affirmation of Baptism and Adult Education and commission our teachers. At 9:45 students and parents will be instructed where to go and what to do and the service will then continue with Word and Sacrament.

In the upper level of the Gathering Space from 9:30-10:30 we will have a “ministry fair” where we will all have the opportunity to learn about what Messiah is doing and how we can each be involved. There will be tables representing the various ministry opportunities including music groups, small group Bible studies, social ministry projects, women’s events, and much more. You can gather information, ask questions and sign up for the group in which you are interested.

Following the 10:45 am service we will have a hot dog lunch and carnival in the parking lot! There will be a bouncy house, games and face painting.

Remember the date—next Sunday, SEPTEMBER 13th—when we will rally together to kick off the year of classes, youth activities, and ministries for our church and our community. The Ministry Fair will be an opportunity to learn, interact, and volunteer — a way to find your place here at Messiah!
